My wife ordered a pumpkin blonde but they gave her a regular blonde cmon now
Most recent experience had me waiting 5 minutes to place an order, correction I waited 5 minutes then drive off. The employee had taken the order in front of me like normal, no big deal. Then after that customer paid the employee kept standing there and playing on the tablet instead of taking my order she would look up every half a minute to a minute but never came to take my order.
