We used to frequent this location but stopped going because of terrible service and always out of bagels whatever time we went. 2weeks ago I stopped and was pleasantly surprised to see full racks of bagels. I had never seen the 2 clerks on duty before but they were supper friendly and efficient. Tried again this Sunday and had same result. Both ladies were very friendly and efficient again. They also had staff making up the food. We complemented them on our experience...read full review

I don't know what changed but this place use to be the worst I would drive out the way today I thought let me try and the service was fast and the staff was a lot friendlier. I will be stopping in more often.... I love it

Einstein Bros. Bagels offers a Carmel cold brew shake that is so good, it keeps customers coming back multiple times a week. The staff is generally pleasant and kind, with many customers appreciating the great service from the manager, Simone, who is knowledgeable about the menu. Customers also praise how quickly they receive their food, often getting their order in less than five minutes at the drive-through, along with extras like sweeteners and napkins, showing high attention to detail. However, some experiences have been less positive; one customer felt that employees seemed bothered when asked about free cream cheese, which was not handled well. Despite this, many customers find the staff friendly and helpful overall. One customer mentioned that Simone and her partner Jose had outstanding customer service, though they noted a minor mistake where they drove off without their bagel, only realizing later. While most visits are enjoyable, there are occasional concerns about service consistency, and it might be worth visiting a different location if faster service or better order accuracy is preferred.
