I'm in utter shock after my last visit at BWW in Brookfield. I was expecting the same slow and bad service. Our server Raphael (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) surprised us and was outstanding. He had menus for us right away. Took the beverage and appetizer order which was delivered in a very timely fashion. When I said I didn't want anther beer he brought me a cup of water. Great Server, didn't have to wait at all before being seated (we could pick our spot), attentive service and also helped with splitting the bill as needed between our group of 5.
