I'm in utter shock after my last visit at BWW in Brookfield. I was expecting the same slow and bad service. Our server Raphael (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) surprised us and was outstanding. He had menus for us right away. Took the beverage and appetizer order which was delivered in a very timely fashion. When I said I didn't want anther beer he brought me a cup of water. The place has changed from (-5) Stars to a (+5) Stars in just a few months!!!

Ordered lunch for 8 people and accidentally entered wrong pickup time. Opening time was 11 a.m., but they answered phone at 8:30 a.m. and were very friendly and helpful getting time changed. Food was hot and ready when we arrived at 11:30 a.m. to pick up. Boneless wings were delicious, but bone-in wings were a little small/dry. Celery and carrots were very fresh.
