“I'm about 10 salads in and my experience so far has been excellent. No missing food items on my custom orders, filled dressing containers, and good taste.

I've only had to wait past my pickup time once, and at the time it was very busy with only two workers fielding many orders at once. They apologized for the wait promptly filled the order when they asked for my order name.

There have been a couple of times when the lettuce wasn't the freshest, but I don't expect it to always be. They have a lot of produce, and I know it can't be perfect each time.
