I ordered a sandwich from DoorDash. The receipt on the outside was correct but the sandwich inside had a different name and was labeled a turkey club....which was not was I ordered. I downloaded the App so I could do what they advertise: skip the line. My experience today was everything but. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:20. I arrived at precisely 12:20 where I did have to wait for the 1 cashier to acknowledge me and announce that I was there to pick up. I waited alongside 4 other people who placed mobile orders at the same time and not 1 employee apologized for the wait or even made eye contact.
