We ordered 2 burgers and onion rings in the drive thru. We waiting at the window 21 minutes for our food, and they never opened the window once to tell us why it was taking so long. When we finally got the food, the burgers and rings were hot, but they didn’t put any napkins or ketchup in the bag. Uhg.
