“My granddaughter and I love Panera so I went on Tuesday for dinner take out. The soup was wonderful as always and the cinnamon bagels delicious. The problem was with the total I was charged. I filled out the Panera review I received by email as well as contacted the store directly. Not only was everyone absolutely wonderful from Jeremy to the store manager, Alisha. I was treated with total respect and courtesy and they resolved the issue more than I expected. They are so amazing. I recommend Panera wholeheartedly!! Thank you!!“

“Stop by for breakfast time from time. Service time can vary quite a bit depending on how busy it is. Breakfast options are okay, but can often be very greasy and/or unappetizing. Coffee is good. Cashiers are usually very nice. Ordering through the app can be troublesome, but usually works out okay. Sometimes a scheduled order will be finished early, so I wouldn't recommend it; the risk of it being taken by someone else, intentionally or not, is pretty high.“

“This particular Panera is smaller and lacks the ambiance of most other Paneras. The lighting isn’t as cozy, no appealing booths or rich wood tones. But it’s very convenient location-wise for me. I think they are improving on their service since they opened over a year ago. The Sip Club works out well just as long as the liquid cane sugar and half and half aren’t empty for the iced coffee. I overall love their self-serve coffee and drink stations.
It’s a pain to go eastbound on Capitol because you can’t take a left out of Panera. You may want to consider going north on the small side street behind the building towards Lisbon Ave (except that construction with closures has been there lately).“

“This is for the Vliet Street location. I have hit up this place about 5 or 6 times over the last few (winter) months. I absolutely love the variety of soups. I will generally pick up a bowl and 1/2 sandwich for lunch and get a quart of something different to take with me. The food is delicious, well prepared and filling. I never thought I would say that soup was filling but it works for me. Need a cozy comforting lunch? Hit up The Soup Market.“

“My grandfather has been going out to breakfast almost every day since he retired. After Niko’s closed he started going to Rainbow. My family finally joined him to celebrate his 95th birthday, and it was so sweet to see how much the staff has taken to him. The food was good, the atmosphere is sweet, but what really impressed me was the care they showed him (even including a special birthday donut for him!) to celebrate his special day. Thank you, Rainbow ?“

“Very welcoming service. I had the Italian wedding soup and half Phoenix sub. The tea was really good and it was pretty much a great day to eat outside with my co-workers.
Parking: The parking is pretty tight so if you have a large SUV be careful.“

“We eat there a lot as a family. Sometimes service is great, sometimes it can be really bad. During the week it tends to provide a better experience, especially on regard to waiting. Great place, amazing food, but wait time of at least 30-60 minutes on weekends. The food though, is so delicious that you overcome the waiting and sometimes the not so great service as well.“

“I was here for my first time. The atmosphere was so relaxing and clean, the staff very welcoming and made me right at home, and the food was great. I felt like I was there to eat and enjoy rather than eat and get out. Our server, Rachel, was great and had the perfect sense of humor! Definitely will go back.“

Everything about this one is fantastic,fresh and friendly staff !!! Bill-GM and his staff have wonderful customer service best location in the city ! I've never experienced such fresh food from panera like I have at this location ?.. yes they all have fresh food but for some reason this location has been extremely fresh and delicious, I'm a creature of habit so I get my coffee breakfast sandwich,blueberry muffin and if I'm in for lunch I grab a grilled cheese ,a tea and I bounce between 3 of the soups
Chicken with wild rice,chicken noodle or broccoli and cheese a choice that don't disappoint!!! And chocolate chip ? cookies are to die for - did I mention the coffee is always fresh and with the unlimited sip club membership you can have unlimited drinks of soda, hot coffee,ice coffee,hot or cold tea as well as lemonade...overall panera is a great place to sit and eat with the family or friends and just as peaceful to have a meeting!! I hope you'll enjoy this new location as much as myself and my kids...give it a try you will not be disappointed ?“

“I love OG. I eat at all the locations. I enjoy each of them but my last visit to Menomonee Fall location left me with my very own waiter story like the one told in the book QBQ!.
Charles seved my family and I on last thursday for a birthday lunch. He was charismatic, kind, and most of all attentive. Charles is also an active listener who took information from each person at the table and used it to exceed our individual expectations. Even solutions I didnt know he could solve. I am still pleased thinking about this experience a week later, so it is my duty to say once again Thank you Charles, you made us feel like family. Cheers.
Dietary restrictions: Has a delicious salmon and broccoli dish if you are low carb or on a ketogenic diet. I had my reservations before going because you know restaurant full of pasta dishes right! They have something for everyone.“

“My only gripe is that they pre-program an auto gratuity on the signing screen of the credit card machine that you literally have to decline (by clicking "no tip") right in front of your cashier if you don't want to tip her 15% to 30% for scooping you out soup. I mean, she scooped my soup.“

“DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE ANYMORE. They used to have employees deliver. The service was always polite, orders were correct and I was happy to tip the driver well. Now, this location has made the short sighted decision to use the train wreck that is DoorDash. My experiences with DD has been nothing but a disaster no matter what restaurant. I refuse to patronize a company that fails so consistently. So today I was ill and ordered delivery. The online app DOES NOT inform you that DoorDash does the delivery until AFTER you check out. That’s kinda sneaky don’t you think? So, do I call the store and cancel my order? Not feeling well, I decided to give it another chance. DoorDash fulfilled my expectations and FAILED again. I was missing an item that was clearly on the receipt on the bag. I called the store and was told I would “need to address the problem with DoorDash”. I was not happy. I drove to the store and spoke my mind to the manager. She was polite and satisfied me as best she could. She made me a fresh order of the missing item and gave me a full refund. For that I am thankful. She did everything in her power to make me happy. I am hoping someone above the store manager learns of this experience and reconsiders their delivery arrangements. I will not use DoorDash or their business partners ever again.“

“Went to Panera as it was the last day of my Sip Club Membership, and had no intention to renew it. As I waited in line for 10 minutes on one car ahead of me, after I ordered a cookie and drink. This certified I would end my membership. Pulling up to the window, ready to pay, Cierra (i think that was her name) immediately apologized for the wait, and refused to let me pay for the cookie. No joke, she single-handedly convinced me to renew the membership, and keep coming back. It’s the little things like that, that make a difference. Increase her pay, give her a promotion, do whatever you need to keep her around. She is the backbone of Panera Bread.“

“Very good service from relatively young wait staff. This is encouraging. Atmosphere would have been better except the family next to us was louder than we usually prefer. But that is not the restaurants fault. Note to other patrons: if you're gonna talk loud enough for the entire dining room to hear, please be interesting.“
