Always makes my iced chai delicious
I had such a tough morning yesterday, so when I was asked at the drive thru how my day was going, I responded honestly. I told them that it wasn't going well, but I was hoping coffee would help.
They upgraded my tall PSL to a grande and wrote some sweet notes on the cup. That small act of kindness really made a difference in my day. Thank you so much to the caring staff at this location.
