Burlington WI location has horrendous service. Took over 35 minutes for 2 kids meals and customer service was extremely rude.
Very disappointing
If you order a meal and custard, they can get it correct. Any more than that and the order WILL BE incorrect.
I have been going to this Culvers weekly on Wednesday evening for nearly a decade. Since the franchise changed owners, the good employees are gone and what remains, let me say I do not look forward to the visit.
I have had to go inside 5 of the last 6 weeks. One time they actually blamed me because they did not bring out all of the food.

Sunday, June 18, 2023... drove in 15 minutes to the Burlington, WI Culver's to get supper for our family of 5. We ordered the "family size" fries, and I use quotes because the "family size" fries container wasn't even half full. I blame myself for not checking until we returned home.
