This morning my husband and I placed a mobile order and were stopping at a nearby gas station before picking it up. There is a wind chill of -24 and my car decided to not start and we were stuck at the station. I found out later that after I called Starbucks to tell them we wouldn’t be able to pick it up due to our circumstance, they sent an employee over to deliver our order to us. Unfortunately we had already gotten picked up.

I routinely come in with huge orders from work and they’re always kind and quick. I always apologize for such big orders and they’ve literally never complained and are always very polite.
