“This is Fine Dinning, to even to the staff serving our meals. I suggest to come early before your reservation to even more, to absorb in the Atmosphere: across the street is a stunning Victorian Mansion from windows veiw. Fine dinning for two is about 1 hour and 1/2”

“I hesitate to write such a glowing review because I don't want to draw others to this hidden gem in Westby. My fiance and I visited over a quiet Sunday and it was so incredibly... pleasant. I don't think I can think of a better word to describe it. The view over looking the vineyards, the smell of wood fired pizza, the quiet conversation out on the shaded deck. Absolutely phenomenal. Bonus points for turning non-wine drinkers like us into not only finding MULTIPLE kinds we enjoy, but leading to us walking out with 6 bottles in hand. Phenomenal pricing and service as well. Now don't share this because we want the place to ourselves :P”

“I found Cowboy David’s at the Wed Plan event in Madison in January. They brought samples of the ginger carrot cake cupcakes which were delicious! I had another baker lined up but needed a backup quote in case a few things fell through. My wedding is in May and they were quick to return my call and gave me a couple of “what-if” rough estimates. Fortunately my original plans came through but unfortunately that meant I wouldn’t be getting cupcakes through Cowboy David’s. But I would highly recommend them just based on both my in person interaction at the expo and talking with them over the phone. Now I just need to find a reason to order a dozen cupcakes and grab a friend for a weekend road trip! Please consider Cowboy David’s when looking for a delicious way to celebrate”

“Had one of the best dinners ever! A pork chop with rosemary sauce over mashed potato which was a special for the night. The flavors were incredible snd the pork was very tender. My compliments to the chef. I truly enjoyed every bite.”

“To manage expectations, this is not a luxury place… it’s more like an enclosed “motel.” However, for the price, it’s a great value. I have booked a few rooms here three years in a row (to float the Kickapoo on the Viroqua music festival weekend in July) and I’ve had a great experience each year. Management was great and other staff personnel were adequate. Again, it’s great for the price for what it is. Thanks for accommodating our group Norske Inn!”

“I've had complaints with this location in the past, but today they got it right. They were well staffed, took care with how they made my sub, and were friendly and polite. I took it to go, and when I got home, it still looked like a sandwich. Seriously better than the haphazard sloppy way they were put together.”
