“I ate the burger before I got a picture of it.Sorry.But check out the video I witnessed some excellent excellent customer service from two young people that were working one was at the Register and the other one was filling the bags of orders, and there was a disgruntled customer that came up to the counter. And these 2 guys were so professional. So polite did their job so well they are exactly what customer service is. And I hope that you give them a raise.I hope you recognize that they understand the job at hand and that this is what you want your employees that deal with customers to act like thank you guys for being alive.I'm glad I got to see that today”

“We went thru the on July 4th at the Viroqua McDonald's. Everything from ordering to recieving our food was amazing. One of the items we ordered was a Quarter Pounder NO cheese...actually came with NO cheese...we have had issues with other McDonald's not getting that part correct. The food was hot and fresh!! Seriously one if not the best meals from a McDonald's I've had!!! Thank you!!”
