5pm Wed 8/16/23 Went thru drive-thru.8pc meal--all dark orig. Chicken overcooked and dry, Biscuits also dry.Coleslaw and potatoes/gravy were fine.Called and spoke to MGR. She offered apology and 8 pieces of chicken free.8/17/23 returned to KFC around 5pm today and received 8 pcs of chicken that were good. Thank you.
Had a belligerent customer in drive-thru. Don't know what it was about, but I could guess all day and not be far off. Customer pulled away and reversed because they forgot her drink. Got our food and they forgot our side. Must've been the 3rd string shift. Underwhelmed, but we don't visit often for it to matter much.
