The staff is always super friendly, sometimes they make my day with their cheerfulness. The inside seems a tid bit run down, but they seem to do their best to keep it as clean as possible. I have never gotten cold food or had to send anything back. They seem to make everything fresh to order. Well worth the wait.

Arby's is a spot known for friendly service and great, hot food. The loaded fries are a must-try and the roast beef is a favorite. Customers have praised the staff for getting complicated orders right and always being nice. Many enjoy the fresh and hot food, and the staff's friendliness adds to the experience. Some have enjoyed the fish sandwich while others prefer it without cheese sauce. Despite a minor issue with a milkshake machine, customers appreciate the cheerful service, especially from team members like Mike, who brought laughter to the drive-thru. While some diners have mentioned it can be cold inside during winter, Arby's remains a go-to for a delicious meal, with a variety of items to choose from, including shakes and great menu deals.
