“Visiting from Nebraska and we stopped to get food to-go and I was absolutely blown away!!! I lived in Nashville for 25 years and have eaten at many BBQ joints, and this was hands down the best BBQ I've ever passed through my pie hole!!! The portions were huge, the flavor was epic!! “I stopped here around 7 PM on a Saturday as I was on my way to Rockford, Illinois. This is a quaint little diner, clean and with a good layout. I ordered Jumbo Shrimp dinner and coffee, and it was excellent. There is a very good selection of items on the menu generally. The server later brought out the dessert tray to show me what was available, which was really a nice touch even though I seldom order desserts. It was quiet when I was there, with only a few other customers. Both the server and the cook/manager checked on me and asked me how my meal was, so they clearly are customer-focused and quality-oriented. I will definitely stop here again!”
