“A neighborhood bar with good bar food and warm atmosphere. My chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked as was my wife's burger. Fries are either seasoned or not. I got seasoned and they were just right. Parking out back or on the street. My only complaint was the menu was on the wall behind the bar and hard to read.“

“Ate there while my Sportage was being serviced. Great lunch place. Went back on 11/11 with my better half. It was crazy b/c they do a Badger game day bus. We had 4 cheese grilled cheese w/ fries and a Pooleys beef and cheese sandwich. Both excellent. No leftovers, no pics.“
“The Tiki is a great place to have a drink and watch the sunset over Lake Monona. It's a beautiful lakefront property, like a big back yard. The bar is full service. Food is available, usually on Friday and weekends. Military fundraiser, burgers, brats are there, sometimes a food cart. They also have occasional live music. A schedule is available online. Very low key atmosphere. A nice summertime place to go.“
“Lots of tables. Half are sit down, half are bar height. Multiple TVs on every wall. Plenty of beers on tap, covering the spectrum from big name to craft. Came here for the fish. They have 2 or 3 piece cod. Cod is planks, batter is fairly light. Seemed a bit dry. Good tartar sauce. Battered fries were good. Coleslaw was creamy and good. 3 piece cod and soda ruined a $20 bill, but that is normal, now. Service was friendly and quick.“
“Nice neighborhood bar that serves very good food. Had chili and a quesadilla. Sorry no pictures. If you enjoy music from the 70s you will find this place comfy. My only suggestion is they could use at least some chairs with backs for those of us that can tolerate stools for only so long.“

This is not a large establishment, you might have to eat at the bar or take your food to go but trust me coming here for an order of their original wings is worth it. They the original wings down with a dry rub of their making and then douse them in their home made buffalo sauce so I hope you are okay with a messy meal. This is also a legitimate dive bar, and take orders at the bar so do not expect some fancy table service. “My girlfriend and I went to get some food at Wahlburgers and ordering was fast. No line. I had my food surprisingly fast but she had to wait for quite a while. Turns out it was a mix up in the kitchen. It really wasn't a big issue but they comped her meal and upgraded it for free. The cook came out and apologized for the mistake. The food was very good and worth the wait. I told them it was no big deal and we will be coming back for sure !!Parking: They have a good size parking lot. “I came out of wanting to try some place new to me. Im glad when I did the place filled quickly with regulars. It's an old fashioned neighborhood bar and grill. Taking care their regulars came first and that's understandable. It was comfortable place to socialize. I was alone I ordered bake cod with wedge fries and Cole slaw. Was not disappointed at all. Food came out hot and worth the cooking time.The baked cod was a better size than most places anymore and very well seasoned. Cole slaw seemed homemade and well blended. “Sunday morning breakfast of Walleye and egg with hash browns (cheese and onion optional). Self - biscuit and gravy as just had walleye couple nights before. This has to be the most sausage in the gravy as I have ever had. Bloody is great and you can get it as spicy as you want. Great selection of craft beer for a chaser. Service was outstanding.“

“Friday fish fry. Dining was not busy at all. Weather with light snow may have had something to do with it but bar area was crowded. Four of us and drink orders were place right after seating but drinks were slow to arrive. Orders place with two ordering walleye with baked and two with cod and hash browns. Food served rather timely All the fish was very good but my hash browns were cold (butter would not even melt) while the other hash browns were hot along with the baked potatoes. Waitress must have been busy in the bar area as we did not see her till the bill arrived.“
“This was my first time ordering and eating this food because I wanted to try Catfish. This was great experience on the phone a gentlemen name Kyle I believe. I may have got the name wrong but he was professional, polite and detailed. He was new but made sure my order was received and a ETA when the order was finished prior to getting off the phone. When I arrived I was Pleasantly greeted by a Pretty Lady and the Gentlemen that I talked on the phone. I waited only a few minutes and the order was hot off the grill. I was pleasantly surprised with the food and will come back. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get my Kings Hawaiian roll but the main entre with the Mash & Gravy made me forget about it. “We frequently dine @1855. Always great food!!! The restaurant is beautiful and always tastefully decorate for the season. They emailed the Valentines specials to us and we made a date! Please email me at least once a month. The food was amazing, service was great. The server- Polite and caring young lady, well spoken and knowledgeable about the food. It truly was a delightful evening. My date had the prime rib and I had the chateaubriand- to die for! Done perfectly - wish I took pictures for you all to see.“
