“We have recently moved to West De Pere, and have frequented this location a number of times. Have never been disappointed. On my last visit I ordered a Papa Burger. When I got home and opened it, I was blown away. Never, ever, have I had a fast food burger that looked like the promotional picture. This one did, and tasted as good as it looked. Good job, folks.“

“I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. ….
