5 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Deforest

“I was at the DeForest Culver in DeForest, WI, for a meet & greet date. The front end of the store where you ordered food was clean & orderly. Employees all had proper uniforms & were clean. The order taker was friendly & greeted us with a pleasant smile. Our food was ordered w/o incident. The soda fountain was clean, & all soda dispensers’ were in working order & clean. Ample lids & condiments were in their designation. Once again, clean & orderly. When the server was bringing our order out, it turned out to have the incorrect order number on it. After walking around trying to find our table, the server asked what we ordered? It was our food. The food was still hot & we enjoyed the meal. Four stars were given due to the mix up of the order number & delay of receiving our order.

The sitting area had several tables that were yet to be cleaned. As I was sitting down at a table, I noticed a special needs individual. He came out & started to clean off the table & sweep the floor. He was also talking to himself loudly.The individual would come up on our table with the broom where we would have to lift our feet due to the broom being taken under our feet. He was also talking to himself; of which, we didn’t care until it was vocalized quite loud right beside us. This, would interfere in our conversation(s). He made it a point to stay & clean right next to us. Very distracting. This is why I gave the “Atmosphere,”three stars.

To sum up our visit, the meals came out suitable, even with the incorrect order number; of course, fresh.The distraction of the employee in the seating area was a bit hindering. I wouldn’t expect it any other way from Culver’s. All-in-all, the meet & great, the food turned out good & a clean Culver’s made an excellent evening. I would highly recommend the DeForest Culver’s. “Absolutely the friendliness most helpful staff when it came to modifying my Uber delivery orders 2 nights in a row. I need the bus removed and that option isn’t available on the ap-please fix that.
Most of the time it’s a hassle asking for modifications-but the staff at the store went ABOVE & BEYOND!
The portions are large & they taste great on my GF bread at home. Thank You Arby’s!!!!“

“If you want an all American tasty burger and the best root beer soda on the planet A&W is our #1 choice the hamburger meat tastes way better than the Culver's butter burger we go to both places regularly and A&W just has a better taste of an all American hamburger and cheeseburger in our opinion and the employees at the Deforest location are always super friendly it never fails it's a great place with great employees and management!“

“By far the best Wendy's my family and I have ever been to! The food was prepared so quickly with accuracy, nice and hot with yummy crunchy fries. The team was very friendly with a customer service vibe. We appreciate all the condiments, napkins and sea salt packets. Highly recommend!“

“Wanted to pay it forward with a complement tonight! Shout out to PizzaHut tonight. From the gentleman who made ordering fun over the phone, to the young woman working the counter who was busy as heck but doing it with smile on face to the manager (i think), they all went above and beyond. That place was hustling tonight and even though they made a slight mistake (easy to do when busy and my order was kinda complicated) everyone was great and more than happy to fix it. This kind of customer service makes my heart happy and we don't see much anymore. Keep up the great work team.“
