“This is one of the best Culver’s in Wisconsin! Excellent food every time, hot and fresh and delivered quickly and with a smile. Drive through moved quickly and I enjoy the outdoor patio seating. Employees are helpful when ordering and the two times in 5 years I’ve had a mistake in my order, it was corrected quickly and apologetically. So fast I was apologizing for receiving the wrong item haha!

Never thought I’d write a review for a Culver’s but I do truly believe if you’re choosing where to stop—this is one of the best! The team here is on their game and looks like they have fun working together.“

“I went last week through the drive through and the wait was a little long and they forgot my pasta so I went in and as it turns out there was a guy giving them a little trouble and only two people working at that time which I completely understand working afternoon rush with two people is not fun at all one of the workers Ben (I think) seemed to be just clocking after I had been waiting for a little while and he got me my pasta supa fast and handled the front counter very efficiently afterwards Thank you for the pasta and refill😎 the other two workers also handled the problem before me composed and respectfully returning to the back to get the guys food out“

“Absolutely the friendliness most helpful staff when it came to modifying my Uber delivery orders 2 nights in a row. I need the bus removed and that option isn’t available on the ap-please fix that.
Most of the time it’s a hassle asking for modifications-but the staff at the store went ABOVE & BEYOND!

“Wanted to pay it forward with a complement tonight! Shout out to PizzaHut tonight. From the gentleman who made ordering fun over the phone, to the young woman working the counter who was busy as heck but doing it with smile on face to the manager (i think), they all went above and beyond. That place was hustling tonight and even though they made a slight mistake (easy to do when busy and my order was kinda complicated) everyone was great and more than happy to fix it. This kind of customer service makes my heart happy and we don't see much anymore. Keep up the great work team.“
