I just love The Poppy Seed! Always a friendly face greeting you (I can tell they are smiling behind their mask!), wonderful smells, drinks & so many unique handmade items to shop for! Our little village is so lucky to have The Poppy Seed right here! If you haven’t checked out this quaint coffee shop/boutique you definitely should!

The Poppy Seed is an adorable and charming coffee shop nestled in the heart of Deforest. Visitors can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, sipping on delectable beverages like the S'mores Cold Brew, while browsing the shop's selection of cute, locally-sourced goods. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the cozy outdoor seating on the front porch swing is a delightful spot to relax. However, the limited seating options, both indoors and out, can be a challenge when the shop gets busy. While not primarily designed for extended stays, The Poppy Seed remains a hidden gem, offering high-quality drinks and a delightful shopping experience for those passing through.
