We went to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday with a group of 11, all ordering the hibachi. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time, but wait time was long. Portions seemed significantly smaller than usual, as we all received small bowls of rice and minimal vegetables. Those who ordered tenderloin received about 6 1inchx1inch cubes. We ate at Pacific Bistro last week as I have had many good meals there. I ordered Pad Cashew which came with a scoop of rice. Nothing on the plate was hot, some barely even warm. The waitress said she saw the cooks take the food off the grill. The other person's hibachi meal was only lukewarm. No reason to go back.
Another HUGE shout out to Pacific Bistro for the most amazing hibachi rehearsal dinner ever!
Sue and her staff were AMAZING!
They not only put out the most incredible food, but they also put on a show that was second to none! Nobody, and I need nobody could have left there hungry!
We know how much work it was to put on an event like that for us and we are ever so grateful!
