“Great little local bar. Owner is very friendly and has a wealth of stories. Good burgers. Fantastic collection of old 33 records. Just ask for a particular group/artist and watch him go right to it and play it for you!Don't expect fancy just enjoy the fun!”
“Nice place, great food, good staff, and very clean. One drawback is that there were a couple hard boozers there when I was there but that comes with the territory. Overall great experience.”
“I've been here a few times. Got the boom boom shrimp wrap with fries both times. The wrap was awesome and their fries are different, but in a good(but hard to explain way) I don't think I'll ever order anything other than that. YUM!! The service was great both times and the other patrons were friendly, too!”
“I love the food and drinks at 64 North! The shrimp tacos are my favorite. The service has been top notch each time we’ve visited. The outdoor space in summer is awesome.”
“We stopped here on our way home to get some breakfest and although the decor was dated, the food and service was great. They had some nice fresh baked goods as well.”
“Vegetarian options: Well rounded veg. options that will not bore you, and will fill you up.Parking: This eatery is located in the middle of a some interesting little shops. On a busy day you might have to hoof it a bit.Kid-friendliness: If you have very calm children you won't have an issue. I didn't see any high chairs, but the may have had one in the back. Do not let little ones go to the restroom unattended. There are stairs between the dining room and the restroom, and they are steep. If your kids like to wiggle be sure to make it a to go order.”
“Hidden gem in Colby! This coffee shop is unassuming from outside but inside it is made up extremely cute and cozy. Staff is extremely nice and they offer a good variety of food, ice cream and drinks. I will definitely be returning when I want a place to relax and focus on getting some work done.”
“We were in the area and wanted to find a local dish fry on the way. We found Time Flies and we’re NOT disappointed. The atmosphere is local bar and grille type. The decor was a whole lot of clocks on the walls and anywhere else they could put them, lots to look at.Seating was good and tables not too close together. We had the fish fry that also comes with the salad bar. There’s also a Friday night seafood bar. The service and staff so friendly and welcoming. Overall, the food tasted fresh and homemade. The fish was not a heavy batter, which is always a plus. The applesauce was homemade. Amazing!! And the potato pancakes were a risky choice but these were the BEST potato pancakes we’ve ever had. Ever!! So fresh, moist, yet crispy around the edges. Just a slight onion flavor - just perfect. And to top it off - REAL maple syrup, not the corn syrup based. The staff knew we weren’t from the area and shared some of the local upcoming events with us. We were there early in the evening before the big crowd, so were happy to get all that time with them. This place is definitely worth the stop. Other menu items looked good too and reasonably priced. We hope to be back when we are in the area again.Vegetarian options: Fish on FridaysSalad bar”
“Such a clean, tidy welcoming place. Our breakfast came super fast and was delicious. Very friendly and helpful wait staff. I had Biscuits and Gravy, biscuits were fresh and homemade, yum. My only suggestion is to use crumbled pork breakfast sausage in the gravy instead of cut up, cubed sausage. My daughter had a veggie omelet and it was very good with really fresh mushrooms, peppers, etc. My son in law had polish sausage, egg, toast and liked it a lot.”
“Had food catered to our wedding at the Bailiwick in town and the food was amazing! I could not believe how many guests complimented just how amazing the food really was. Thank you for helping make our big day amazing! :)”
“The Margarita's were excellent! The staff maybe had a hard time understanding us. I'm not sure, but they acted like they didn't know what to do with a table for 9 people or where to sit us.”
“Good food, good service and great prices. I can't complain about a single thing. The fried wontons are especially good. It's definitely in the top 3 places to eat in Medford.”
“Great bar! Had my dad's 90th birthday party today, catered by Cindy's. Food was awesome, nice relaxed atmosphere. Everyone had a great time. Thank you!!”
“Good tasting food. Light and crispy corn chips. Fajita came out sizzling hot. Good value for your money. I’m gluten free and was able to eat without a reaction.”
“The bartender, Robin is the best in the business! Our waitress, Lacee was super friendly, attentive & fun! Meal could not have been better! Everything was exceptional (walleye, rib eye steak, shrimp & salmon), all cooked by the owners -- Randy & Anne!”
“Excellent customer service, great prices. Heather is an amazing Baker, she went above and beyond for my graduation sandwich cookies. Flavors are really defined, and cookies baked just perfect.”
“Great tap beer-great conversation. Dwight is an awesome gentleman. Don’t judge a book by its cover, this bar’s a little gem. I’ll be back for sure. I asked Dwight how long he had owned his bar, he was quick to tell me “47 years, 5 months and 27 days!”? ? cheers Dwight”
“Friendly place. The brewery puppy is named Hops. Super friendly. No food, but you can bring food or order delivery. About half of the beers were decent. Two of them (thankfully a small pour on a flight) were nearly undrinkable. They have a small system. Opened in Nov 2022. It was super slow on a Wednesday evening in May. Street parking.”
“Always very clean nice friendly bartenders and the the owner is super great.good place to have a beer or your favorite cocktail.prices are reasonable and the customer s are too they make awesome burgers and fries great Friday fish fries also. It in or carry out.”
“You won’t be disappointed with this one ☝?lo’maine and Egg Foo Young are my go-to. Amazing flavors, Fast Service, the Food is always fresh and Hot. I’m a happy customer and always find myself returning.”
“Stopped in to have a drink after a funeral before a long drive home... Ended up staying a while.Owner (only met 1 of 2) is a sweetheart and it seems like they have a good crew of regular where everybody knows everybody and they're more than happy to meet someone new and treat them as a friend even on a Wednesday afternoon not at Saturday bar time.Only a four because they have bottle/can beer. I do love my taps, but if I'm back "up nord" I'd stop back.”
“A plain facade belies the colorful interior of this restaurant. True to the Mexican flair for ornate furnishings every table top and chair back in the place has a colorful mural. The whole vibe is a fun one. Also, bonus points, this might be the only restaurant in town that does not have a canoe hanging upside down from the ceiling. The food was mouth watering. I had the shrimp tacos. Yum. My wife had a huge plate of steak fajitas. The standard rice and beans were excellent as was the complimentary chips and salsa. All the classic Mexican beers were in attendance. Just a swell place to visit when you've had all the fish fries you can handle.”
“Not from the area, but was visiting family and we stopped in a bit to pass the time, was given that "skeptical look"of course lol. But in the end where very ”
“I had a great time stopping in on Saturday night for Latin DJ night. I was passing through after attending a concert in Wausau. Came in around 11pm and the service was outstanding and prices very fair. I had a great time and even did a little dancing. I would definitely come back, the staff really knows how to take care of you and made me feel very welcome.Parking: Lots of space”
“The people that work there are incredible! Good quantity and quality of food with decent prices. Eating at Rockys feels more like eating in your best friends kitchen than restaurant ”
“I had a wonderful experience, great food, and mostly great service. One server in particular; Hadassah , gave me rude stares and rude comments when I asked for water. Lucas and Lily, on the other hand, had absolutely amazing service.”
“We actually went to the El Jovenaso in phillips, wi. But it's not listed as an option. The food was pretty good, the service was excellent and the restaurant was beautiful and clean. Our order came out really fast. I had a bean chalupa and my friend had a beef chalupa. She really enjoyed hers. Mine was fine- not particularly spicy. I guess I could have added hot sauce. But like I said, the wait staff was really nice. Good job”
“Hole in the wall. Local friendly bar, great burgers, great prices, great place! This bar has a place in my heart forever, and I've only been there once. ðŸ‘🇺🇸”
