A plain facade belies the colorful interior of this restaurant. True to the Mexican flair for ornate furnishings every table top and chair back in the place has a colorful mural. The whole vibe is a fun one. Also, bonus points, this might be the only restaurant in town that does not have a canoe hanging upside down from the ceiling. The food was mouth watering. Mexican in the middle of Wisconsin....yes!!!! The food is authentic and tastes very good. The salsa is some of the best I have had. Portion size is generous and cost is cheap! Service is broken english but friendly and attentive. This place is great! I ate here 3 times in a 2 week visit and never had a bad meal. I highly recommend!
Been working in Medford on and off for months and finally got around to checking this place out. I was recommended the Texas Fajitas - great portions of meat for the price (~$13). Steak was good quality - not just a few pieces of chop steak. Shrimp and chicken both good as well. If I were to get them again, I would order the fajitas without bacon because it gave everything in the skillet a bit of a greasy bacon taste.
