My daughter had her wedding at Chef Rene's at Eagle River and it was FANTASTIC! The food was beyond amazing. Pistachio encrusted chicken in a raspberry sauce, homemade scalloped potatoes, smoked brisket and green beans with walnuts. It was absolutely delicious. Had a group of 9 for an 18th Birthday dinner. Staff was accommodating and even sang to him. Everyone’s food was excellent. First time eating here and we will be back!!

Chef Rene's at Eagle River Inn offers an exceptional dining experience. The food is consistently delicious and amazing, from the side dishes to the main entrées. Guests have enjoyed a variety of dishes, including duck, beef tips, Korean BBQ ribs, shrimp and scallop Alfredo, Beef Stroganoff, Scallops Pernod, and fresh made garden pasta with large scallops. The Fontinella and Spinach soup was out of this world. For special occasions, the Pistachio encrusted chicken in a raspberry sauce, homemade scalloped potatoes, smoked brisket, and green beans with walnuts were absolutely delicious. The staff is commendable for their attentiveness and accommodating nature, friendly and welcoming. Chef Rene himself is known for his personal touch, entertaining guests and treating them like longtime friends. The restaurant is praised for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere, with staff often going above and beyond. Chef's Father makes and hands out finger puppets and is a sweetheart. The event coordinator kept to the timeline and worked so hard. It's a fine dining experience that leaves a memorable impression, making it a place worth returning to.
