Bijou Bistro was a guest favorite! The food was creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was smooth, professional, and perfectly timed with the flow of the evening. They truly elevated the cocktail hour and wedding experience!
Visited July 3rd. Service was very friendly. A little disappointment in their bourbon selection but we all found something we liked. Started with the crab Rangoon dip which was excellent— personally would skip the chips and serve with the bread but that is just personal preference, it’s nice that they had both options for those who want the crunch. We all had Caesar salads and they were good. Not over dressed which was appreciated.

So. I called today for reservations for valentines day. Like every other top quality restaurant in EC that I called they said they are way past capacity for the night. What amazing me is the that they asked for my name and said that they would call me if a reservation fell through. I know it won’t happen because they have amazing service and food but it was the honest service that I truly appreciate. I do not anticipate that we will get to experience Bijou on the 14th but I...
