Food: I usually get the tuna (in the picture). It has always been excellent. The portions of meat are great compared to other sub stores in Eau Claire. The flavor is good. The appearance is also impressive for a sub place. I oftentimes get cheese curds with my sub, and those are quite good as well. Thus far, I have never had an order messed up. Considering all the sub places in Eau Claire, the bread is second only to Jay Ray's Deli.

The subs I’ve tried from Cousins Subs have been pretty solid overall, but what really sets them apart is their cheese curds. I’ve had my fair share of cheese curds over the years (which might explain a thing or two about my waistline!), but Cousins consistently serves up some of the best.
