Godfather's Pizza

This is not a Godfathers Pizza anymore, and that is a good thing! Their pizza was seriously one of the best ones I’ve ever had. Thanks to an old Godfathers Pizza gift card we wound up here on a road trip and I’m so glad we did.We ordered the Hot combo and it was amazing! We have been here for 5 weeks in a row. First pizza was so good, so we decided to come back and try a different kind every week, plus dessert pizza, garlic bread and wings. The wings were just ok, nothing great, but not bad either. Everything else was delicious and priced well. We always wait for our pizza for carry out, rather than calling ahead. Look… I spend a lot of my free time thinking about my childhood. I was born in the 90s and I really truly love that late 90s early 2000s time. I seek out things that remind me of that. Old cartoon shows on YouTube (complete with commercials showing toys I used to beg for), videos and photos of liminal spaces that feel familiar, toys I used to love, etc.My hometown has a Godfather’s Pizza and, on special nights, we’d get to order from there.
