Our order was to be ready at 12:25 p.m. today. We did curbside. Around 12:35 we were presented our food. She went inside with my debit card to make payment and we checked our order. They were missing two pancakes. I had to go inside for the pancakes. Got back out to the car and realized they did not put silverware in that they offered to provide. Went inside again. Food was all cold the servers forgot are silverware we had to ask 4 times for them to bring it took a very long time
We came in around 5-6pm. Not to busy.
Breakfast food wasn't bad but not great.
Ordered the standing burger OM with the queso chips that come with toppings as advertised.
Received a glued burger that I couldn't even pick up burnt to the bottom of the dish its served on, and a plate of chips with cheese on the side not dressed as advertised that tasted like old cheese and got sick not long after.

The restaurant IHOP has been added to the Applebee's building, using the same dining area. The host is very nice, and the waitress comes right over after being seated. Orders for food and drinks are taken together by request, and drinks are brought right out. Food is ready in about 5 minutes. The food is good, and the waitress checks on guests a few times. The service is very good, the food is ok, and the prices are ok. Guests will come back. The omelet was just what was wanted for a build-your-own, and the Breakfast Sampler was really good. There is a lot of food on both orders. The service is good, and guests were very satisfied. IHOP needs to pick it up a bit. The portions are small, the food was so-so, and the service was just ok. The eggs were very greasy, the bacon was not good, and the pancakes were the smallest. The hashbrowns were a perfect square and reminded of frozen ones. IHOP should compare their breakfast to other area places. It is a new venture for Applebee's, and they are hoping they figure it out. The food is always hot and delicious. The staff is always the most friendly. The wait is slightly faster than normal time with great quality food.
