I am going to be honest here, i was disappointed with the brisket. It tasted like a roast cooked in an oven. No smoke flavor at all. In all actuality it didn't have much flavor at all and parts of it were dry. That was strike 1. Maybe I had too high of hopes but at the same time I was born and raised in Texas.
