“We had such a great time at this resort! All the staff were so nice and helpful. We were going to stay longer but a huge snow storm was coming so they offered to accommodate for us to stay longer but we decided to leave before the storm hit and they were so understanding and refunded us our last night. The arcade was so much fun and the go carts! We also had a blast on the jump trampolines and indoor play place. City eats had amazing food! We ate there both nights. Highly recommend this resort. Clean, friendly, pet friendly too, and great staff.“

“I was so impressed by the staff here! We just left after a very hectic early morning Packer game and I was just so impressed by how amazing the service was! Despite the large crowd they were attentive, fast and so welcoming. It seemed like they all genuinely enjoyed it all when it would have been easy to feel overwhelmed. Plus the food and Bloody Mary’s were delicious! 10/10 would recommend for a game or just a few drinks! Will be back!“
