Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Red Robin is a great place to go, but the service was way backed up. We were waiting for almost half an hour just for waters. But in the end, the food was worth it.

Very busy.. seated in bar… 15 min before waiter came by but sweet & apologetic, daughter ordered chicken sandwich plain w added cheese, waiter confirmed… another person brought it food : her sandwich had sauce(?mayo) pickles & whatever.. original waiter came by , returned sandwich & brought it back out in like 30 seconds which was odd but yay !!! But actually just added a new bun to the same sandwich so sauce & pickle juice was still on the chicken & cheese& then admitted that it what they do… and would send over a manager… she came over & just cleared the table… really ridiculous!

Food was really good, our waitress was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was well lit with natural light. Very pleasant experience.

Asked for a booth, said none they seat is with tons of booths available. Service was slow, food mediocre. Ordered pretzel bites for appetizers bring a little plastic cup which is 1/4 full of cheese dip. Last time coming here. Will go to Milwaukee burger always from now on.

Food is average, not amazing but ok. The server was attentive. It was loud and hard to engage in conversation, watch the non alcoholic drink prices, you pay for that bottomless beverage.

Great first time experience here on 12/3/24. Waiter was very attentive and involved a manager to welcome me as this was my first Red Robin experience anywhere despite being well aware of them. Food was outstanding and I was offered complimentary fries as a first time guest. Service and atmosphere were great. This is a well run place and I hope to visit again.

It was really empty when we got there service was a bit slow bit that's because he had to many ppl for just him give him credit he tried best he could.

Always fast and hot food. My family asks regularly to go and it's a treat for them once a month. Our favorite location is in Bend Oregon!
