Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I've been here before and really enjoyed it. But it was not the same place. Service was ok but not very attentive service. Burger was good , fries were cold. Second order of fries was much hotter 😋
Didn't care for the seasoning on the fries though. Just good Ole salt would be fine.
Atmosphere, really is none. Never been a fan of the sports bas scene. Sorry my honest observation.

Tim was a wonderful server and bartender! Very upbeat atmosphere and workers overall. Best mojitos in town, honestly. Food and mixed drinks were very fresh. They checked in a lot to make sure we were doing okay with everything.

Our waitress was Crystal/Krystal (not sure how its spelled). Amazing customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, took great care of us. Makes me want to go back.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Red Robin. I will probably never visit another one again. Ordered food inside and an order to go the waitress got the to go order wrong put in another kids chicken tenders order that took 40 minutes so all the other food was cold. Never even offered to fill our sodas. What a joke that place is. Very disgusted.

This place is dirty! Dirty window sills, dirty kiosks at tables. I watched staff clean off tables and not even touch the kiosks which are handled by multiple people everyday. They are very gross. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Our appetizer was obviously sitting for a while before it came to us. Probably won't return.

Wayyy over priced. They call it bottomless fries, but the catch is, is that you have to wait 15 minutes each time you ask for more, when they aren't even busy. The lettuce that my wrap was made with was slightly brown. The broccoli had black spots all over it. I felt sick to my stomach the next day. This place seems like its surviving on borrowed time.

Red Robin I'm going to be honest I would not leave a five star unless it was for him my last time I was here it did notlie meet my expectations I would not leave this review unless it was for him I hope he gets a raise and he gets recognized because he made it a great experience I'm only going to come back based upon the service I received from him great personality I wish I could give him a 10-star not a five star!!!
Food great!! Service beyond amazing made use feel number one even though it was extremely busy he made every person in there feel seen and heard!!! Thank you Tim!

Great service on a Thursday night later in the evening after 8 pm. We were greeted and seated promptly, drinks arrived shortly afterwards, food was hot and fresh, had a delicious burger. Despite few staff, they did a great job, our server appeared to also be the bartender and maybe he was the manager or crew leader, too? He did a great job juggling everyone's needs. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Quiet time got here before dinner hour on a Sunday and with the staffing on hand I would like to have seen a little more attention to the little things... receipts on floor the table top order and payment piece clearly not wiped down between services. The food was great hot and fresh and waiter was very friendly! Sometimes it's the little things. Great value and meal was delicious.

Red Robin is a great place to go, but the service was way backed up. We were waiting for almost half an hour just for waters. But in the end, the food was worth it.
