“Stopped in at 5ish pm on Dec 28th with the kids. Staff was really friendly, helpful and patient. Food was very good place was clean. In fact we cleaned all our garbage and wiped crumbs off the table and when we were pulling away, the employee wiped down all the areas.“
“I’ve never had a bad experience at Panera. I have to admit I’m a bit addicted to their Baja bowl and order it for pick up at least once a week, it’s always delicious but last night it was to die for and I have to give credit when credit is due because I feel like lately customer service at some places has considerably gone downhill. I picked up my order and got it home and it was a work of art! And it tasted better than is ever tasted in all the times I’ve ordered it so Panera employees take note: I am including a photo of my masterpiece Baja bowl. It was absolute perfection. ???“
“I've noticed a lot of restaurants really don't care about to go orders because they don't have to face the customer and they mess it up or do it sloppy. NOT HERE! I had adjustments on my order and they were all done as they should be and with care. Attention to detail is such a good trait in a business. Screw subway I'm going here every time“
“Kaitlyn is a GEM! Don't you ever lose that employee --- she works hard with a smile!When we arrived she was taking inventory. She acknowledged us with a warm greeting after a short wait. She explained she'd wash her hands and gloved up. Being a half hour before close, she had started her cleaning duties, but still offered to reassemble the pop machine for us. We declined, as the gas station is connected space and we were happy to help her accommodate our late order. She chatted while she constructed our sandwiches and rang us out. We enjoyed every minute and bite!“
“Food? 10/10 Service? 10/10. Had the steak chimichanga and pork gorditas and they were phenomenal! Head of house came by to ask us how we liked everything which was nice and cleared our table. Food came out shortly after we ordered too. Definitely coming back thank you!“
