Complaining about the fact that I ordered a concrete mixer with only butterfinger by saying I should “go to McDonald’s”…. 2 things… #1 Literally your board advertises a butterfinger concrete mixer and #2 Custard and ice cream are different… 🙄 lort“

“I recently visited a McDonald's and was disappointed by the cleanliness. The bathrooms were in dire need of attention, with dirty sinks and filthy floors in front of the urinals. Finding a clean table was impossible, so we ended up eating in the car. This experience fell far below McDonald's usual standards. I hope they address these cleanliness issues soon.“

You have this set up to only say thay someone does recommend?? 🤔) Today is my birthday. I've always loved Red Robin and wanted to eat there tonight with my family. I called Monday on my lunch break and they said they don't take reservations and to call back the morning of around 11am so that I can put my name down for the dinner rush for that evening. So, I call back today around 11am, like I was told and was told they can't do that. If they're full there will still be a wait and that they're not sure why someone told me to call because they're "call ahead" wait list doesn't start until about 4:30pm/5pm. She said she would just add me to that list when they start it later tonight. Then I call back to let them know that my party had gotten a little smaller, as a courtesy to them, and I was told they had no knowledge that I had ever even called!!! Three phone calls were made and no communication was passed along. Red Robin, please learn how to communicate with each other. Train your staff on your policy for your "call ahead" dinner wait list so that every employee is on board of how it works. I found somewhere else to go to that GUAREENTED no wait for us. I highly suggest you use your down time when you're not busy to get better organized. Also, when I told Jessica, the manager, that it's fine and we would just find somewhere else to go, she simply replied with, "that's fine and have a great night." She expected me to know the names of all the people I talked to. Umm, shouldn't you know my name and party information since I've called three times? Won't be back anytime soon 😡 (Janesville, WI location)“

“At 11 am today Wednesday the 10th of January 2024 the standard hostess with the outstanding personality and charm once again did a phenomenal job at lunch. Mushroom Swiss, chips, pickels and a Pepsi without ice made for another fine lunch meal. Thank you“

“As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by cheerful employees. At the counter, the man taking orders was very helpful.

Being gluten free, I tried the burger bowl with toppings and Cajun fries. It was delicious!

Moving out of the area means you give up a lot of things, but since Five Guys is nationwide, so we won’t have to give up this restaurant! 😊 Let’s hope they are all as friendly and clean as this one!“

“I don’t typically review a lot of chain restaurants, but we were so impressed with the service at this Applebees! The hostess began striking conversation with us and was pleasant. Our waitress, Izabelle did a fantastic job with her service, always refilling drinks and fry’s. We had a miscommunication with a coupon and her and her manager were able to help us find a solution and waived one of our hamburgers. We so appreciated our time tonight!“

“Always good food at IHOP. The waitresses are friendly and service is good. Also, the portions are decent size. We could not finish either our omelettes or our stack of pancakes. Which was fine because we took some home and had it for lunch. It was still good.“

“Burgers, chicken, onion rings are all great. My favorite is their Blizzard! I love my Butterfinger Blizzards. They are much better than Culver's Concrete Mixers.(Weird name for an ice cream treat)
