“I promised my daughter we would visit Grumpy’s for some ice cream before we left door county. After checking out of our lodging we stopped at Grumpy’s. As we got to the door I realized they didn’t open till 11. I apologized to my daughter and we turned to walk to our car. A man popped around the corner and asked if we were looking for ice cream. he opened the door and told his wife get these girls some ice cream!! Sweetest couple ever! We definitely will be returning on our next visit to door county!“

“We have a 6 year old allergic to milk and I was shocked how hard it is to find vegan/non-dairy options but Dippy’s has 2 oat milk flavors and not only was it delicious, but the young man working (said his name was Carter) was incredibly kind & considerate. He went out of his way to help us feel comfortable and sanitize the scoop etc. The amazing service was so refreshing for a young guy his age, we were so impressed and grateful! Can’t wait to come back!!

“Got there at just the right time, so there wasn't a line or a crowd of people. The custard was creamy and we ate it by the water watching some ducks and one lost seagull. (There is no indoor eating area.) There was a small playground area for the littles.“
