We had the crispy chicken tacos and the special which was carne asada topped with poblano pepper, corn, and the most amazing goat cheese sauce. All the food was absolutely delicious. The owners were very kind and personable. We would definitely recommend to people if you are in the Elkhart Lake area, Amasa Mexican Bakery and Eatery is a must try.

Incredible! Came to this cute little food truck for breakfast after a weekend at Road America and was impressed with everything we tried (Huevos Rancheros, Egg sandwich, Mexican coffee, elotes). Rivals anything I’ve had at upscale Mexican restaurants back home in Chicago. The patio is also super cute and festive. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Hands down the best place in Elkhart Lake and surrounding areas for all of their menu items. The ribs are the absolute best. Get them you will not be disappointed! All their tacos and sides are to die for!
