I love Friends on the Square- I almost feel like family when I walk in- the owner even knows my order by heart.
Their drinks are always well made and I love their seasonal offerings (there’s always something new to try!).
Staff was not friendly or nice. They right away assumed that “the customer” was wrong when I said twice that I wanted my drink iced and still gave me hot and said “I asked you” and they sure did and I surely said ICED. They made the drink with like 1/3 of syrup and it was so disgusting I had to throw it out. I will never waste $8 of my hard earned money on such garbage coffee or rotten attitude “friends” on the square.
