Never used to happen. when I complained they tried to blame it on the main office and I believe it is at the store. The person isn't pushing the right button or pressing hard enough for it to register the points. I won't be going more than once a week from now on because of this. the food is good. I like their chicken the best.“

“Handicap accessible, warm environment and EXCELLENT STAFF. We LOVE this place- for possibly not the reasons you think! Every Friday, my disabled mother and I take a trip to Sammy’s- it’s her favorite place. They are handicap accessible and have done their absolute best to make her feel comfortable and welcomed. Nearly every business is ‘handicap accessible’, but I cannot think of a single place that goes out of their way to treat her with such dignity and respect. Also, the bathrooms make wheelchair transfer extremely EASY! when your loved one is disabled, it is certainly easy to go on high alert to make sure that they are getting treated well. I have NEVER had that feeling at Sammy’s, and I know that she feels so empowered/seen by the staff. Seems insignificant, but when this is your only social interaction, it becomes VERY very important. The food is incredible, but the environment is a no-brainer to us. The staff works hard and you can tell that they embody the values of the owners. We LOVE this place!“

“Our family had Rodney Whetlow celebration of life on March 3rd 2025. It went very smooth and with the different areas people didn’t feel so stuffed and were able to relax and share memories. The Bottle Shop helped our family with ideas for setting the event up and making everyone feel very welcome. The employees were always checking on family members and walked to the whole area to check on everyone to insure they are comfortable and everything was great.“

“We had an amazing breakfast at Tana’s Family Restaurant today! Our 17 month old has a severe egg allergy and from the waitress to the cook they were more than accommodating. My daughters meal was made first and our server was AMAZING. So friendly and my daughter loved her. She made us feel like we were dining at home. 5 stars!“

“This is my favorite pizza place in Delavan. If I am getting pizza it is from here. Pizza is my favorite food and this is my favorite place to get it. I love that you can get it delivered or pick it up. Prices are very comparable to other competitors. One thing I would change would be their hours. They don’t open until 3 pm and are not open on Mondays. When I am craving a pizza this is the first place I think of. Always a must when recommending pizza places near Delavan.“

“The 3.7 Rating that I see, is NOT correct. I would give it 5 for for burgers and fries (only because I haven't tried everything on the menu...yet). The best burgers and fries! (Seriously!) burger was cooked medium well, just like we ordered. The fries were not too firm or too soft...perfect texture. Fries were lightly salted, and as a person who normally doesnt salt food, I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor it added. I dont know how they discovered the perfect amount of salt to use, but they did! We also treated ourselves to strawberry daquiries! Excellent meal, friendly service! Yum!!!!“

“We had a rehearsal dinner there on Thursday night. Rebecca was very accommodating in her email and phone communication with us before the actual date. We were even allowed to have the rehearsal dinner in the bar area, rather than having to rent a private room! Food was good, ready when we got there at 5:15. Would've liked a check-in from Rebecca during the event, she may have been busy with other things, though. All in all, a good experience, and guests were happy!“

“We have stopped at this place for a quick bite on our way to the lake. it is part of Grahn Geneva resort. The café is pretty clean and nice. The server was friendly.

I really enjoyed my fried chicken sandwich, with crispy and tender. The fries were fantastic. We also ordered grilled chicken which was also tasty. Key lime pie was a beautifully decorated and delicious. The coffee is all served by Starbucks.

I will definitely come back for the resort to enjoy the rest of the facilities and definitely coming back to this café.“
