Never used to happen. when I complained they tried to blame it on the main office and I believe it is at the store. The person isn't pushing the right button or pressing hard enough for it to register the points. I won't be going more than once a week from now on because of this. the food is good. I like their chicken the best.“

“Great place! Cute shop, wonderful patio/courtyard area. We were out with our dog stopping at dog friendly locations with her and everyone was so nice! Loved that they had themed flights to choose from, and our Miss Frannie was spoiled with her own bowl of fresh cold water and some dog treats from them. We were able to purchase a pup cup for her as well. (they had the choice of pup cup or doggie ice cream for the pups) We will definitely be back again! 😊“

“The 3.7 Rating that I see, is NOT correct. I would give it 5 for for burgers and fries (only because I haven't tried everything on the menu...yet). The best burgers and fries! (Seriously!) burger was cooked medium well, just like we ordered. The fries were not too firm or too soft...perfect texture. Fries were lightly salted, and as a person who normally doesnt salt food, I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor it added. I dont know how they discovered the perfect amount of salt to use, but they did! We also treated ourselves to strawberry daquiries! Excellent meal, friendly service! Yum!!!!“

“This is my favorite pizza place in Delavan. If I am getting pizza it is from here. Pizza is my favorite food and this is my favorite place to get it. I love that you can get it delivered or pick it up. Prices are very comparable to other competitors. One thing I would change would be their hours. They don’t open until 3 pm and are not open on Mondays. When I am craving a pizza this is the first place I think of. Always a must when recommending pizza places near Delavan.“

“It has been a long time since I have been to the Watershed, and I am sad to say I missed out! I was just recently there for a fish fry, and I cannot say enough good things about the food! The perch was wonderful, and had the perfect crunch, flavorful crust. And my go to item for a side, the potato pancakes were among the best I have had in a while! The staff was amazing as well. We had three of the employees, AND the owner ask us if we needed anything during our dinner. I will with no doubt be going back for another wonderful meal!“

“We took a drive to Lake Geneva to do a little sightseeing. When we noticed a Gino's East, we knew that was our lunch spot and it would save us a trip into downtown Chicago before flying back home.\n\nThe location is great, it is right across the street from the beautiful Lake Geneva. \n\nThere is a little bit of parking in the hotel parking lot that the restaurant is attached to. Otherwise you need to find street parking. \n\nEveryone has their own opinions of the best Chicago deep dish pizza. We have eaten at Gino's in Chicago and others. Gino's is our favorite. There is something about the sweetness of the sauce and the crust. Just scrumptious.\n\nGino's East at Lake Geneva didn't disappoint. We ordered our pie and decided on an appetizer as the deep dish pizzas take nearly 45 minutes and we were hungry. We chose the artichoke dip and it was very good. Nice crunchy chips and the dip had pieces of artichoke and spinach, you could taste both.\n\nOur pizza finally came out of the oven and it met all of our expectations. Seems basic but many don't know that the deep dish pie's have the crust on the bottom, the fillings of your choice in the middle with the cheese and the sauce is on top. Like I mentioned Gino's sauce has a really nice sweetness to it, and the crust is crunchy and not to thick. It brought back so many memories of our times in Chicago, and reaffirmed why Gino's East is our favorite.\n\nThe service was great and the views beautiful.“

“We just stayed here at the Timber Ridge for the 2nd time. Family of 4. We went to the Moose and Maple for the 1st time. We went after we were done at the waterpark and arrived at the restaurant about 8:45. Service was excellent. We did not feel rushed even though they closed at 9:30. Restaurant was clean. Food was really good! We didn't get the opportunity to try breakfast but will try that next time hopefully. We had wings, Cheese~BLT, Salad, Loaded Baked Potatoe, kids chicken strips and kids mac and cheese.“

“Fabulous ....... Was there for dinner during SoberFest 2025 on Satur evening. Manager Brain is great, funny and actually noticed he gets his hands dirty and helps out with tables assisting servers. We had no reservation and he got us a table without issue. Our server KatieN was fabulous as well.
And to top it all off they opened the buffet early and what a fabulous deal price wise, great selection & choices for food. I took advantage of the all you can eat & everything was top notch & tasted great. Honestly, I'm not a big buffet fan but I would Never hesitate to do the buffet here and for what you get it is priced Very fairly. Hats off to everyone from top to bottom at the Grand Cafe, job well done“
