It has been a long time since I have been to the Watershed, and I am sad to say I missed out! I was just recently there for a fish fry, and I cannot say enough good things about the food! The perch was wonderful, and had the perfect crunch, flavorful crust. And my go to item for a side, the potato pancakes were among the best I have had in a while! The staff was amazing as well. We had three of the employees, AND the owner ask us if we needed anything during our dinner. ...read full review
Madison and John made for a fun afternoon on a rainy, gray day. The food and service was stellar; highly recommend!
Had an awesome wrap for lunch today! Madison made us some good drinks. We will be back to see her!

The Watershed Saloon offers an exceptional dining experience with its famous all-you-can-eat fish fry, featuring a choice of fried or broiled options accompanied by unbeatable potato pancakes. Recent reviews highlight the wonderful perch, praised for its perfect crunch and flavorful crust, as well as the delicious cheese curds which are noted as some of the best around. The burgers, including the Bourbon burger and pattymelt, along with cheeseburgers and appetizers, are also highly regarded. Guests appreciate the amazing staff, with multiple employees checking in during meals, including a friendly Mother/Daughter team. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the drinks are well-prepared, all within a very clean environment. While the Friday fish fry is a safe bet, visitors should be mindful of potential wait times during busy hours, and parking can be challenging. Although it is a bar, it remains a popular spot for a great meal, with many looking forward to returning.
