“Truly one of a kind. Nestled right off North Shore Drive, just around the bend on Lake Delevin, is a place you would likely miss on your scenic ride. A long, narrow path from the road to the water leads to a hidden gem for most tourists. I probably shouldn't share this widely because then it will get too crowded for me to enjoy. It is a Chicago sports bar with a loyal local heckler following and tourists, plus outnumbered native locals who like to argue. Ha! Got you guys because you know it's true: FIB sports fans are the majority, and I'm one of them. Great bar food, quality and done well. I love the burgers, and you can get them as rare as you’d like. An awesome elevated deck overlooks Lake Delevin, with an adjacent Airbnb available for rent with multiple bedrooms. The inside bar is down-home Wisconsin style, with a full bar, reasonable pricing, and stiff drinks. All tap beers are $2.00 during happy hour, 3 to 6, Monday through Friday. No strangers here; you will have to chat with people whether you like it or not. So put your phones and Game Boys away and get ready for some good old-fashioned fun. All staff are awesomely over-the-top accommodating.“

“It has been a long time since I have been to the Watershed, and I am sad to say I missed out! I was just recently there for a fish fry, and I cannot say enough good things about the food! The perch was wonderful, and had the perfect crunch, flavorful crust. And my go to item for a side, the potato pancakes were among the best I have had in a while! The staff was amazing as well. We had three of the employees, AND the owner ask us if we needed anything during our dinner. I will with no doubt be going back for another wonderful meal!“
