We picked up some smoked mozza whips at a gas station on our way through Evansville last Sunday and I have to say they are the best I’ve ever had! The smoke flavor just right, not too strong and a great flavor. Perfect texture too! We also purchased the spicy beef sticks. I normally don’t like beef sticks but these were sooo good!! We will make the 45- minute drive again for these treats! 🥰
Friendly people who make a good product ... picking up in a truck is a bit of a process but they make it work and it smells great here

I've known Ken Elmer for over 35 years having worked at the smokehouse in High School for a short time. By far the best tasting venison sausage, around! All of their meat products are amazing. Also try some of their delicious cheeses.
