This is "THE" best Jimmy John's! Love going here! All of the guys that work here are all amazing! Mike, Ray, Juvann, and Jeff are all so very nice, genuine and very kind. They are extremely efficient, helpful, fast and the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Everything is always perfect, from the sandwiches to the chips, pickles & cookies. This is the Jimmy John's for us! I tried ordering delivery and it said “online ordering for this location unavailable “. Went hungry since I couldn’t leave work for lunch. Tried twice at different times. Very dissatisfied.
This place has terrible service. they made my sandwich wrong so they said i could get a free sandwich next time. went in and the person didn't know how to use the computer. then a different person took over and entered the order incorrectly. I opened the sandwich before I left and told them it was wrong. they remade it and it was wrong again. then they told me to calm down. fyi my sandwich was salami and cheese only. how do you mess that up 3 times? never going back there again.
