“Went on a Wednesday afternoon, since I was on campus for work that day and wanted to try something new. They had the special of buffalo chicken wrap, grilled or crispy. It was SO good. I’ve been thinking of it since 😂! The had generous amounts of chicken on it, which is always nice. The service was excellent too. Definitely will be going back when I’m on campus again. 😋“

“I was at my first Forward game tonight and it got delayed/canceled. A vast majority of us went to LJ’s and the bartender (I apologize for not getting his name) was absolutely amazing. He made an announcement to acknowledge everyone and to let them know it was unexpected and staff would be doing their best. Not only was he professional, he managed to maintain a great attitude. The whole staff did well but the main bartender absolutely nailed it tonight.“

“I have had the 'friday fish fry' specials. Delicious food, super nice staff, very affordable. Easy access for wheelchairs. This bar/restaurant is quiet with easy access by bus or auto, huge parking lot. My usual meal is about $10, so the prices are very community friendly!“
“Small venue but great band line ups for pop rock music and country(my least favorite genre) so there’s something for everyone. I go here when the theme is old school 80’s and 90’s music. There’s a bar and dance floor by the stage. Entrance fees are reasonable. Looking forward to stopping in again next month!“

“Great food! I order for lunch all the time and their pot roast is so good. Best mashed potatoes around. Their staff is super friendly, helpful and delivery is prompt. My food is always hot when I get it. The added bonus is how reasonably priced their food is. Definitely a place to check out and help to support your local small businesses.“

The staff is friendly and hard working, the food and service are great!
Plenty of seating and many games and TVs for a wide variety of entertainment choices.

“Our family has spent many days and hours at Sugar River Lanes since Rob & Marcia Bloxham took over ownership. They are amazing kind people who share their passion of bowling and building community relationships. Staff are very friendly, clean and fun atmosphere, good food & drinks, updates are looking great. Rob has been the youth & high school coach for 2 of our boys for over a year and can’t say enough about him!! We’ve spent fun times enjoying our date nights for featured bands and entertainment. Wood lanes are fun to bowl. Overall Highly recommend!“

“It's a great place to bowl and catch a bite to eat. Great lanes, have automatic bumpers so you can bowl with all skill levels( from toddlers to league shooters). The staff is friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend if you're looking for something to pass the time.“
