About Ash’s

Ash's is a highly praised restaurant that offers a fine dining experience in a casual environment. The ribs are perfectly cooked with excellent seasoning, and the filet is seared to perfection. The carrot ginger soup is incredible, and the goat cheese balls are delectable. The restaurant features a dining room and a full-service bar, with attentive staff and food prepared with great care. The menu includes house-made desserts, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with white tablecloths and candlelight. Guests can enjoy a variety of delicious dishes, such as crab cakes made with real crab, wagyu mushroom burger, veal schnitzel with asparagus and mashed potatoes, and house-made bread with garlic butter. Desserts like maple crème brûlée and salted caramel ice cream are popular choices to finish the meal. The goat cheese balls are especially delightful, and the carrot ginger soup is flavorful. The salad with house-made French dressing is a perfect complement to the wild greens, and the schnitzel is golden, crispy, and juicy. The service is fantastic—attentive without being intrusive, making guests feel comfortable and never rushed. Many visitors have driven long distances just to enjoy the food, praising the tenderloin, mashed potatoes, broccolini, and especially the turtle cheesecake. Ash's combines high-quality food, great drinks, and attentive service, making it a memorable dining destination.

What a treat for our first experience at Ash's! We came in for my brother's birthday last night- mixture of kids and adults. Ribs were perfectly cooked in between competition and fall off the bone with excellent seasoning. The filet was awesome- sear and seasoning were superb!! Bartender was able to make me a hot toddy and our waitress was top notch!! We have heard about this restaurant from many people and it truly lives up to all the accolades!!
