Ice Cream Shoppe Reviews
Cute place.
Expensive.
Can definitely improve on awareness of allergens or POST.
Was told her egg allergy and confirmed ice cream egg free but served in a waffle cone that had egg. She said throw it away but said we would be charged one scoop in a dish despite having paid $64 for our group. 👎🏻
This is the cutest ice cream shoppe and candy store! It brings back the nostalgia of the small town, slower pace of life. The owner is wonderful and the atmosphere is fun and relaxing. We love coming here and lucky to live so close to such a gem!
We stopped there is past Saturday night to try. OMG it was a overthetop delicous creamy ice cream cone. I asked for a LG 3 different flavor waffle cone. Nonm Nommy AAAA++++

The Ice Cream Shoppe is a charming destination known for its impressive variety of flavors and high-quality ice cream. The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating, often staying open past closing hours with a smile. Customers can indulge in popular flavors like Amaretto Mackinac Island fudge, ohmygato, lady bug, moose tracks, and lake effect pot hole. In addition to ice cream, the shoppe offers a selection of "candy store" items and handmade braided rugs for sale. Its cozy and cute atmosphere brings back the nostalgia of a small town, with a fun and relaxing environment that visitors love. The shop's delightful decor inside and outside makes it a must-visit for ice cream enthusiasts.
Customers praise the shoppe's welcoming environment and the outdoor seating, which allows visitors to enjoy their ice cream while watching traffic go by or a sunset. The service is fast, even when busy, such as during a senior tour bus visit with 55 customers. The shop is also known for its late hours, making it a convenient spot for a sweet treat. However, some reviews mention that the shop is a bit expensive and could improve awareness of allergens, as one customer with an egg allergy was served in a waffle cone with egg, despite being told it was egg free.
Overall, the Ice Cream Shoppe is a beloved small business that offers a delightful ice cream experience, along with a unique selection of additional offerings, all set in a charming and welcoming environment.
