Paid for 24 ounce drinks given 20 ounce. The gal working was messy at making drinks stated she had worked here for a year. She used the customer napkins from the front of the counter to clean up the mess. One drink was hot and one was cold, but both were supposed to be caramel lattes. She forgot to put the caramel in my drink and the espresso had a very bitter bite and we were down the highway before we realized it. Stopped by for cinnamon rolls for breakfast after reading the writing on the outside walls the night before. Shop doesn't appear open but it is. The staff is very friendly!! While waiting for our order, we were reading the quotes on the chalkboard. All of them are things people have actually said or asked. Makes for a fun wait. The smoothies are delicious and the cinnamon rolls are gooey & sticky.

Drinks are usually good..blended ones usually need more blending. Hello ice chunks! It's hard to get past the owner's disposition. It's like she gets annoyed with you for ordering coffee at a ... coffee shop. Lots of people say this so I know it's not just my experience. Used a debit card one time and an unauthorized tip was added. No thanks.
