When I lived in Georgia, I stopped at DD nearly every day to get my breakfast on the way to work. I even pre ordered and paid using the app. I love DD coffee and particularly the iced coffee. Now, I realize the stores are independently owned and operated but my experience with the FDL location surprised me. I have had exceptional service with the most friendly and polite drive through staff and then, I've experienced the opposite end of the spectrum as well. There...

I have been a frequent customer of the Fond du Lac Dunkin Donuts for 2 years now. The coffee is hit or miss, there is about a 25% chance they will mess up your order, or the croissant will be hard and dry. But that other 75% keeps me coming back. They never answer the phones there so don't bother calling to make a complaint. But they will fix their mistakes if you bring it to their attention. And not all the employees are friendly and kind, but the upbeat ones usually stand...

Food is 4/5 getting my coffee order is a hit or miss, but OK for the most part. Service is a 2/5 because when I go in the early morning there is one worker that greets you at the drive thru by saying “I’m all alone.” Not even a “good morning, I’ll be right with you.” I know being alone is rough but this particular person needs to learn customer service etiquette and not broadcast her frustration. Atmosphere is 4/5 because part of the drive thru sign is always missing...
