“We love Ace’s!! Jess and Nina are so awesome! You know you’re “home” when you walk in and they already know your drink and food orders by heart. They always go above and beyond for all their customers when we are there. Both very genuine and authentic. Food is always amazing and you can’t beat their specials! Another reason we keep coming back! Food, service, clean, great ambiance and always friendly patrons which ends up being great group conversations with the employees. Ace’s is decently our go to spot!“

“I visit Johnsburg 1-2 times per year and I always work it into my schedule to stop in for a beer which turns into several. Friendly regulars and bartenders. Random people usually give me money to request songs on the jukebox for them which is pretty cool.“

“Pam was a great bartender & the food as excellent. We travel from Huntley, IL, down RT 47 to Milwaukee to visit our son at college for his home games and this will be our new go to place. The salmon was cooked perfectly & hubby loved his shrimp tacos. Hubby also said the tab beer was perfect. He could tell the beer lines were clean & the beer was nice and cold! We will be back for sure. A+ experience.“

“Bartender/owner was very friendly and welcoming, as were the patrons ... our first time there and everyone was SO friendly! We had a great time!! We played Xtreme Bar Bingo, and the drinks he made were on point. Highly recommend this little hidden gem on the lake!!! We will definitely be going back!“
