I work a couple hundred feet from Germantown’s Jimmy Johns location and I’ve been waiting on a delivery order for over an hour and thirty minutes. To make matters worse, this isn’t the first or second time I’ve had this issue!! Freaky fast is definitely an overstatement.
This is the second time I've had a bad experience with this store. I ordered my lunch at 11:38am believing that it would be delivered close to noon when my lunch starts. They hadn't arrived at noon, but I figured it wouldn't be much longer as the app said my sandwich was out for delivery at 11:50. I'm sitting in my car waiting for my lunch and time just keeps going by. Finally, at 12:20pm, the driver arrives with the food I ordered.
