You just have to stop at kopp's and have the best double cheeseburger and fried onions you've ever had in your entire life. You asked me how do I know? Because I've been coming here since the '70s and you know it's good when the grease is running down your face along with the onions and cheese. Note: The burger is the size of your face. Just saying. “It has been about 20 years since I’ve been able to visit Kitts custard the last time that I was here to visit, it was just after my father’s passing and he was the one who introduced my brother and I two kids custard while we were here living in Milwaukee at the time.
As I said it’s been about 20 years my friend and I came to Milwaukee to try kids custard from Kewaunee Wisconsin, which is about 98 miles. I made sure on the website that you were open when we got there your lights and signs said you were open, but your door was locked. We knocked on the door. No one answered. We stayed there for about 5 to 10 minutes. I even tried calling you. No one answered the phone so we had to turn back to go back to Kewaunee unable to revisit the nostalgia of my family coming to see you so unfortunately, three customers had to walk away from your business. This is sad to see hope this gets fixed soon.“

“I came in around 7 o’clock and the employee on duty during the day was leaving after taking care of the customers in front of us. She looked at us rolled her eyes and walked away didn’t even attempt to acknowledge us. Meanwhile the amazing (closing)employee in the back said you’re not even gonna help them ? She goes no my shift is over in the most disrespectful way. Poor closing employee said she’s only been here an hour and her night has been rough. This girl deserves better than that disrespect. She looked sad and nobody deserved that. Dessert was great tho.“
