Housekeeping really should do a better job cleaning the showers . This is my second week here for business . The first room 109 I have Grace because the shower had mildew around the seals but now I’m in 325 and it’s the very same way . How could they see this and ignore it ? Mean green mildew remover and a scrub brush is all that’s needed , It’s not that hard .
Hot tub not working (hasn't been for some time by the looks of it). POST THAT ON WEBSITE, MANY PEOPLE BOOK A HOTEL BASED ON POOL/HOT TUB!!!Big hairball in shower. Ran out of coffee in lobby (there's 2 carafes for a reason, once one empties, you work on refilling it. Not wait until both are empty).

Rarely does the stay outshine the service. Room was great, nice TV with good channels. Quiet, comfortable and clean. The lady's at check in and out were not in par with the rest of the stay. Not friendly or helpful and just didn't seem to want to be there.
