The worker at the front desk was straight up rude! My mom was ordering for our family of 7 and had a big order. They took FOREVER and anytime my mom would go up to ask anything, the worker would snap at her. We asked if we could have cup for water because we have been in the road for 7 hours and she snapped at us because they didn’t give out cups for free.March 27 19:00
They are literally never open! I don’t know how anyone has been able leave a review saying otherwise because they are never ever open. I’ve tried going 6 times in the last year at 11am, noon, 3pm, 5pm, no matter what day of the week it is they are not open. Honestly ridiculousParking: Plenty of parking because nobody is ever there

Was very disappointed with the kfc on Shawano in Green Bay on Tuesday April 9 2024 stopped at the drive thru at 8:30 pm waited 10 minutes and nobody took my order and there was another vehicle behind me there were employees in side we both ended up leaving what the hell there open until 9:00 pm is this what there service is all about
