AC was out. Ice machine out. Ordered online. Told food was ready. Still had to wait. Staff was extremely nice. Wish it was like old days of KFC. Sole food was hot, others was old and hard to chew.
Placed order on their app, get there and employee states they are closed. Other patrons walking up to door and it's locked, all with online orders. SMH. Probably have to fight with them just to get out money back :(
The manger was so rude and walked around with cigarettes not caring for others horrible place to go

The manager, Alexis, provides friendly and knowledgeable service, making visitors want to stop again. However, some issues remain, such as the cleanliness of the tables and limited availability due to early closing times, possibly caused by staffing or supply shortages. Recently, customers have noticed that the chicken seems smaller, and on busy days, the restaurant runs out of many side dishes. Despite these problems, the restaurant continues to be a good option for a meal, and it would be a shame to see it close down.
