Placed my order online, arrived at the store 30 minutes later, only then did they JUST start making my food, and then I had to wait another 35 minutes to receive it. The chicken was full of completely unrendered fat, which made it slimy and mostly inedible. There's nowhere to park because the tables are covered in leftover food, forcing dine-in customers to eat in their car.
35 minutes and waiting for an 8 count. This place sucks
Took multiple people to take an order. Chicken was very salty and cold. Fries were cold and hard.

KFC serves good food, including the spicy chicken sandwich. The staff is friendly, and the manager is making an effort to run the restaurant well. The crew now appears very happy and friendly, creating a positive atmosphere. The KFC chicken is always great, especially the original, with little or no milk in the batter, which is helpful for those with allergies. The food is hot and fresh, and the drive-thru line moves quickly, making it convenient for travelers. The manager, Alexis, provides friendly and knowledgeable service, making visitors want to stop again. However, some issues remain, such as the cleanliness of the tables and limited availability due to early closing times, possibly caused by staffing or supply shortages. Recently, customers have noticed that the chicken seems smaller, and on busy days, the restaurant runs out of many side dishes. Despite these problems, the restaurant continues to be a good option for a meal, and it would be a shame to see it close down.
